During this 3-day introductory workshop\, you’ll engage in a rich blend of experiential practices and a solid theoretical framework—designed to ignite personal transformation and deepen self-awareness. \nThe Core Strokes™ process emphasizes three transformative stages: \n\nLet Be – Cultivate acceptance of your current emotional and physical state without\njudgment.\nLet Go –  Release old emotional patterns and body tensions that no longer serve you.\n Let In –  Invite new energy\, insights\, and meaning into your life\, allowing you to\nreconnect with your deeper life force.\n\nParticipants’ Experience \nThose who have gone through this process report feeling: \n\nMore alive\, powerful\, connected\, and joyful\nGreater meaning and satisfaction in personal and professional life\nIncreased courage to express their authentic self\n\nCore Strokes™ professional training program in Prague\nThis workshop also serves as an introduction to the Core Strokes™ professional training program\, to be held in Prague in 2026 and 2027. \nModule 1: February 21–27\, 2026 \nModule 2: November 14–20\, 2026 \n(Each module runs from Saturday to Friday; 4 modules total for Level I) \nAbout the Facilitator \nDirk Marivoet\, MSc\nFounder and Director of the International Institute for Bodymind Integration (IBI) \nDirk Marivoet is an accredited psychotherapist (ECP)\, physiotherapist\, and psychomotor therapist. He trained at the University of Leuven\, where he worked for 11 years as both a therapist and educator in the Psychiatry and Psychoanalytic Clinics. \nHe is a Certified Trainer and Supervisor in Postural Integration®\, Energetic Integration®\, Reichian Bodywork\, and Pelvic-Heart Integration® (as developed by Jack Painter\, PhD)\, and a senior teacher and supervisor in Core Energetics (under John Pierrakos\, MD). \nWith more than 40 years of clinical and teaching experience across both academic and alternative psychotherapeutic fields\, Dirk developed the Core Strokes™ approach—a synthesis of deep bodywork\, character analysis\, and energy work—which he now teaches internationally. \nPractical information \nTimes and dates: November 14-16\, 2025\, Friday 10:00-19:00\, Saturday 9:30-13:30 & 15:00-19:00\, Sunday 9:30-13 & 14:00-17:00 \nLocation: POHLED Pracoviště\, Letohradská 16\, Prague 7 \nCost: CZK 8.500 / EUR 340\, early bird price CZK 7.500 / EUR 300 (until September 15\, 2025) \nProgram: Non-residential.
