DESCRIPTION: If you feel that a classic conversation isn’t enough. If you’re interested in psychotherapy that embraces the whole person – body\, emotions\, relationships\, and the spiritual dimension. If you want to find out whether Core Energetics is for you – this workshop is the best place to experience it. \n\nIntro to Core Energetics is a workshop designed to provide a hands-on introduction to the method\, its theoretical framework\, and the therapeutic style of working.\nDuring this meeting\, we will present the theoretical foundations and practical approaches of Core Energetics – an integrative psychotherapeutic approach rooted in analytical psychology\, humanistic–existential psychotherapy\, and bodywork (bioenergetics).\nThe workshop is an opportunity to understand the core premises of the model\, its theoretical structure\, and the way the therapeutic process is conducted from an energetic and characterological perspective.\n\nThe Core Energetics model assumes that developmental and relational experiences are organized within the body in the form of chronic tensions and energetic patterns\, which co‑create the structure of personality. Therapeutic work involves identifying these patterns\, bringing them to awareness\, and transforming them through the integration of emotional\, cognitive\, and somatic experiences. \n\n During the workshop:\nWe will present the key concepts of the method (map of consciousness\, mask / false self\, lower and higher self\, character structures).\nWe will demonstrate the specifics of bodywork in the therapeutic process.\nWe will discuss the role of working with aggression\, sexuality\, and life energy in a clinical context.\nParticipants will have the opportunity to experience elements of this work in a safe\, workshop-based environment.\n\nWe will answer questions about training and the certification path. \n\n The workshop also offers the opportunity to:– Experience body and energy work.– See what a therapeutic process looks like in this method.– Feel the dynamics of group work.– Ask questions about the approach and possibilities for further education.\n\n Why Core Energetics?Core Energetics is a psychotherapeutic approach that originates from depth psychology and bodywork. He completed his training at the Netherlands Institute in 2016. Since then\, he has been working individually and with groups in Brno and Krakow (PL). Since 2017\, he has actively collaborated with the Polish Institute of Core Energetics.\nHana HniličkováPrague\, Czech Republic | I gained experience in Core Energetics through four years of professional studies at the Netherlands Institute of Core Energetics (NICE)\, graduating in 2020. I currently work as an assistant at the Institute of Core Energetics Greece (ICEG) in Athens. I am also a local organizer and participant of the Core Strokes® training\, developed by Dirk Marivoet\, MSc\, from Belgium.\nStudying abroad and working in an international environment gave me deep insight into people within their cultural contexts. Each culture shapes our personality in its own way\, yet at the deepest level\, we all share similar longings\, desires\, and needs. My mission is to help people reach and connect with these deep inner places\, to know them\, and to allow their expression. I believe this brings a sense of fulfillment and inner peace that we all long for.\nIn 2022\, I opened Slunná 27 — a therapeutic center in Prague. Together with more than twenty therapists\, we create a space where clients can rediscover safety on their journey toward their true\, authentic Self and inner freedom.\nAssistant: Daria BłotnickaA neurobiologist by education and Core Energetics psychotherapist and trainer by vocation. She completed the Core Energetics training in 2024\, enriching it with advanced workshops on trauma\, sexuality\, and relationships.\nShe is fascinated by the link between brain science and the wisdom of the body. In her workshops\, she creates a safe space for emotional release\, often including voice and movement work. She loves nature and sports\, which give her strength to support others in their growth.
