Intro to Core Energetics is a workshop designed to provide a hands-on introduction to the method, its theoretical framework, and the therapeutic style of working.

During this meeting, we will present the theoretical foundations and practical approaches of Core Energetics – an integrative psychotherapeutic approach rooted in analytical psychology, humanistic–existential psychotherapy, and bodywork (bioenergetics).

The workshop is an opportunity to understand the core premises of the model, its theoretical structure, and the way the therapeutic process is conducted from an energetic and characterological perspective.

The Core Energetics model assumes that developmental and relational experiences are organized within the body in the form of chronic tensions and energetic patterns, which co‑create the structure of personality. Therapeutic work involves identifying these patterns, bringing them to awareness, and transforming them through the integration of emotional, cognitive, and somatic experiences.

🌀 During the workshop:
We will present the key concepts of the method (map of consciousness, mask / false self, lower and higher self, character structures).
We will demonstrate the specifics of bodywork in the therapeutic process.
We will discuss the role of working with aggression, sexuality, and life energy in a clinical context.
Participants will have the opportunity to experience elements of this work in a safe, workshop-based environment.

We will answer questions about training and the certification path.

Core Energetics is a psychotherapeutic approach that originates from depth psychology and bodywork. Its foundation is the belief that life experiences are recorded not only in the mind but also in the body – as tensions, blocks, and energetic patterns.

🕛 ORGANIZATIONAL DETAILS
WHEN? – May 22–24, 2026
WHERE? – Training and Recreation Center EMAJ SMARDZEWICE (in Smardzewice, by Lake Sulejowskie)
INVESTMENT – PLN 1000 for the workshop, plus accommodation costs paid directly to the venue (~PLN 550 for a single room from Friday dinner to Sunday lunch).

A place is reserved upon payment of a non‑refundable deposit of PLN 400 and registration by email at szkolenie@coreenergeticspolska.com.
Seat reservation is determined by the order of payments received.

🌀 FACILITATORS
Martin Nykodym
Certified Core Energetics psychotherapist. He completed his training at the Netherlands Institute in 2016. Since then, he has been working individually and with groups in Brno and Krakow (PL). Since 2017, he has actively collaborated with the Polish Institute of Core Energetics.
Hana Hniličková
Prague, Czech Republic | I gained experience in Core Energetics through four years of professional studies at the Netherlands Institute of Core Energetics (NICE), graduating in 2020. I currently work as an assistant at the Institute of Core Energetics Greece (ICEG) in Athens. I am also a local organizer and participant of the Core Strokes® training, developed by Dirk Marivoet, MSc, from Belgium.
Studying abroad and working in an international environment gave me deep insight into people within their cultural contexts. Each culture shapes our personality in its own way, yet at the deepest level, we all share similar longings, desires, and needs. My mission is to help people reach and connect with these deep inner places, to know them, and to allow their expression. I believe this brings a sense of fulfillment and inner peace that we all long for.
In 2022, I opened Slunná 27 — a therapeutic center in Prague. Together with more than twenty therapists, we create a space where clients can rediscover safety on their journey toward their true, authentic Self and inner freedom.
Assistant: Daria Błotnicka
A neurobiologist by education and Core Energetics psychotherapist and trainer by vocation. She completed the Core Energetics training in 2024, enriching it with advanced workshops on trauma, sexuality, and relationships.
She is fascinated by the link between brain science and the wisdom of the body. In her workshops, she creates a safe space for emotional release, often including voice and movement work. She loves nature and sports, which give her strength to support others in their growth.
